Peninsula Conflict Resolution Center

PCRC suffered from an awareness problem on two levels. First, not many San Mateo residents saw mediation as a viable alternative to the court system. And even fewer knew that PCRC offered these services free of charge. So we got right to the point with "Every so often it takes a helping hand to work out a conflict."
